Meerut is a famous city located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Meerut is considered an important destination for tourists. According to mythology, the city was founded by Mayasur. Who was the father of Ravana. Parikshitgarh is another attractive place near Meerut. It is related to King Parikshit of Hastinapur. A fort is located near this place and it is believed that it was built by King Parikshit. There is also a temple of Chandi Devi in ​​Meerut. The temple is built by the goddess Ahilyabai Holakar. Kali Mandir, Bale Mian"s Dargah and Shahpir Saheb"s Dargah are some of the many religious sites in and around Meerut. The city is one of the largest products of sporting goods and music band in India.
