Budaun is a city located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is situated approximately 229 kilometers from the capital city of Lucknow and around 261 kilometers from the national capital, New Delhi. Budaun is the headquarters of the Budaun district and is located on the banks of the Sot River.

History
