Sant Kabir Nagar is a district located in the eastern part of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The district is named after the famous mystic poet Sant Kabir, who was born in this region. It was formed on September 5, 1997, and has its administrative headquarters in the city of Khalilabad.
