Chhatarpur is a district located in the northeastern part of Madhya Pradesh. The district headquarters are located in the town of Chhatarpur. The district is known for its historical and cultural significance, with several ancient temples and forts located in the area. Chhatarpur was established in Madhya Pradesh in 1785. It was founded by Chhatrasal, the leader of the Bundela Rajput clan. This district is known for attracting tourists from all over the world. Raneh waterfall is also located in this district. It is the only waterfall in Asia which has magnetic rocks which are called igneous rocks. Another waterfall in this district is called Pandava Falls.
