Chhatarpur was established in Madhya Pradesh in 1785. It was founded by Chhatrasal, the leader of the Bundela Rajput clan. This district is known for attracting tourists from all over the world. Raneh waterfall is also located in this district. It is the only waterfall in Asia which has magnetic rocks which are called igneous rocks. Another waterfall in this district is called Pandava Falls.
