The Temple of Achaleshwar Mahadev temple in Dholpur district of Rajasthan is located on the border of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. This place is famous for the ravines of Chambal. The most important feature of this temple is the shivling, which changes colour three times a day. In the morning, the colour of the shivling remains red, in the afternoon it becomes saffron- and as the evening occurs, the colour of the shivling becomes a sanla.
