Yuksom
Yuksom is a beautiful place located in the West District of Sikkim. Yuksom has also been the first capital of Sikkim. There is a Dubdi monastery which is located at a distance of one hour from Yuksom. Whenever you visit Sikkim, don"t forget to go to Yuksom. This place is not less than the birth of the Earth.
Lachung
If you want to enjoy the glass skywalk and cable car ride, then you can go to Lachung near Kolkata. The place is very close to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim and the city is located at the confluence of the Lachung rivers. Because of this the place is called Lachung. In local languages, it literally means small valley. Thousands of tourists visit Lachung every year to see the nature. Here you can find apple and peach orchards. Along with this, you can also enjoy the waterfall.
Ravangla
Ravangla is a small village located in South District in Sikkim. The village is connected with Peeling and Gangtok. In the winter season, if you come to Ravangla, you will easily see snowfall here. The Teme T Garden and the Ralang Monastery are very famous places here.
Yuysom

Lachen
Lachen is a tribal village in North Sikkim, 129 km from Gangatok. This 8500 feet high village with its cliffs, snow-capped peaks and conifers and rhododendrons gives the true essence of freshness and purity in its background. Due to which it has become the favorite rural tourism destination of many people. Comprised of 200 houses, this village offers wonderful homestay facilities. Living among the Lachenpasses that the happy fortunate people receive. The people here keep a fast and celebrate it throughout the year on occasions, socialization and festivals. The customs here will refresh you. Some festivals that you can enjoy with Lachenpas are Drukpa Tse-shi, Losong, Phang Labsol, Lhabab Dhuchen, Cham, Druk and Saga are claims. You can join the villagers of Lachen and relish their staple food which includes rice, potatoes and pork. Rice is often supplemented by local bread, noodles and other local dishes such as corn and Sikkimese Mamo. If you go from March to July or from October to mid-December it can be your most enjoyable journey.
Nathula Border
Nathula Pass falls at a height of 14,140 feet above sea level. This is a trade border of India with China. On the other side of this pass is Tibet. This route was also known as the ancient silk route. This is the only border between India and China, as far as tourists can reach. The army is deployed on both sides. Pelling
Pelling is a famous hill station in Sikkim that one should explore for sure. Hanuman Tok

Geising Bazaar is a small trading area in Pelling, Sikkim. Established over 100 years ago, the place is considered to be one of the largest and oldest shopping places in Pelling as well as Sikkim. Gejing Bazar was founded by a monk of Pemayangatse Monastery and, mainly, the market was built for the residents of the village. Earlier, the traditional and local people used to get the goods here, but now in view of the changing times and the demand of the people, now there are shops of all kinds of goods here. From where you can buy anything. Most of the locals usually come to Geising Market to do their daily shopping. Vegetables, fruits, lentils, rice and goods used in everyday life were available here. Sipraj Plaza
Sipraj Plaza is a group of shops in the same building in Gangtok. Sipraj Plaza is famous for handicrafts, jewelery and other traditional items.
