Bharat Mata Mandir is a unique temple in India. This temple is dedicated to Bharat Mata. Apart from this temple, there is no temple dedicated to the motherland. The temple was constructed by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth in the year 1936. Gandhiji himself inaugurated this temple.
The Jyotirlinga located in Kedarnath also comes in the 12 major Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and it is located in Uttarakhand. The temple of Baba Kedarnath is situated on the way to Badrinath. It is not only a mountain but also a confluence of five rivers, Mandakini, Madhuganga, Kshirganga, Saraswati and Swarnagauri. Some of these rivers no longer exist but the Mandakini, a tributary of the Alaknanda, still exists today. On the banks of this is Kedareshwar Dham.
Naina Devi Temple is located in Nainital and it is said about this temple that because of not inviting Lord Shiva to the Yagya by Maharaj Daksha, Mother Sati became very angry and jumped into the fire of the Yagya. Lord Shiva started circling the whole world carrying the body of Mother Sati on his shoulder. Mother Satis Nain fell in Nainital, hence the Shaktipeeth of Naina Devi was built here. The Kainchidham Yatra was also done by Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple and it is said that he made the apple given by Baba himself as the logo of the Apple company.
