Baidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple (Deoghar): One of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India, this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Thousands of devotees gather here, especially during the month of Shravana to offer the holy water of the Ganges to the deity.
Naulakha Mandir (Deoghar): Situated close to the Baidyanath Temple, this beautiful temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha. The temple gets its name from the cost it took to construct it, which was 9 lakh rupees.
Jagannath Temple (Ranchi): Modelled after the famous Jagannath Temple of Puri, this temple is located atop a hill and provides a panoramic view of the city.
Rajrappa Mandir: Located at the confluence of the Damodar and Bhairavi rivers, it is a famous temple dedicated to Goddess Chhinnamasta. The temple complex also houses other smaller shrines dedicated to various deities.
Sun Temple (Ranchi): Designed in the form of a chariot with 18 wheels and seven life-sized horses, this temple is a splendid piece of architecture and is dedicated to the Sun God.
Bindudham (Barharwa): Located in Sahibganj district, this temple complex is home to shrines dedicated to various gods and goddesses. The central deity is Lord Hanuman, and the temple is also known for its unique artwork.
Pahari Mandir (Ranchi): This temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is located atop a hill. A unique aspect of this temple is that the Tricolour is hoisted here every Republic Day and Independence Day.
Maluti Temples (Dumka district): A group of 72 temples in the village of Maluti, these are built in the terracotta style and are dedicated to various deities.
Dewri Mandir (Tamar): Located near Ranchi, this temple is a significant religious site dedicated to Goddess Kali and is known for its Tantrik traditions.
Tapovan: Located near Deoghar, it is believed to be the place where Sage Valmiki meditated. There's also a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva here.
