What is the National Capital Region (NCR)?

The inception the National Capital Region (NCR) in India was in the suggestions of the first Master Plan forDelhi(MPD) told in 1962. The Parliament sanctioned the Planning Board Act in 1985 with the simultaneousness of the constituent States of Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The birthplace of NCR gave extraordinary help to Delhi adjusting requests from corporate bodies and government associations. World's Second Largest Agglomeration

The National Capital Region of India is world's second biggest agglomeration with a populace of 22,157,000 as per the United Nations World Urbanization Prospects report as on 2009 update.
