Purnagiri Temple is located at a height of 5500 feet at Annapurna Peak in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand province of India. It is one of the 108 siddha benches. This place is considered to be the back of Mahakali. It is said that the part of the navel of the Virgo and Shivas Ardhangini Sati of the master Prajapati was cut off from the Vishnu chakra. Every year, the faithful devotees who visit this power bench also come here to suffer.
The temple, especially during Chaitra Navratri in the month of March, has a large number of devotees from the country. Every year, devotees are currently in a series of arrivals. The Mother Purnagiri Mela, which begins with Chaitra Navratri, runs till the month of June. They go to the temple by taxi to reach the temple. From where the mother starts the pedestrian journey of Purnagiri .
