Nizamabad is located at a distance of about 175 km north-west of Hyderabad, popular in Telangana. It is also known as Induru and Indrapuri with its headquarters located in the city. During the 8th century, this city was under the rule of Indra Vallabh Panth Vasra Indra Som, who belonged to the Rashtrakuta dynasty. It has a tropical climate. The place was named Indrapuri after the king. Hence the name of this place was removed from Indrapuri to Nizamabad. After the reign of Nizam-ul-Mulk, he enjoyed his golden period, who ruled the region for a long time. Within the district, including Armuru, Bodhan, Banswara, Kamareddy and many more.
